How much does a bespoke wedding website cost in the UK?
+
Kindly Reply wedding websites cost £495 for Essentials, £1,495 for Signature and £2,495 for Full service, paid once with no monthly fee. Template set-up services charge about £150 to £350, and general web agencies usually start at £2,500.
How much of our time does it take?
+
About 2 to 3 hours across your whole engagement: a 30-minute call, sending your guest list, two rounds of feedback and approving emails. We do the building, chasing and updating.
How long does it take to go live?
+
Your site is live within 14 days of the brief, or we take 10% off. Rush delivery in under 7 days is £250 extra.
Can guests RSVP for their whole household?
+
Yes. Each guest logs in with their own name, sees their household, and replies for everyone on their invitation, for every day of the wedding, with dietary needs and allergies.
Can someone RSVP for another guest?
+
Guests only ever see their own household. You choose how they get in: name only, name plus a code printed on the invitation, a one-time code sent to their email, a private link per household, or a site password. After 5 wrong tries the login locks for 10 minutes.
Will our emails end up in junk?
+
They're sent from your own wedding domain, authenticated in Brevo with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and tested in Gmail, Outlook and iCloud before they go. We hold every send to a spam rate under 1%.
Why only 3 weddings a month?
+
So the person who builds your site is the one answering your messages, the same working day. Two of you, one of us. When a month's places are taken, the next month opens.
Who owns the guest list and the web address?
+
You do. The domain, the guest list and the email account are yours. We delete guest data within 3 months of the wedding.
