Bodas en España
A wedding website for your wedding in Spain
Bilingual, built for travelling guests, and run for you. Flights, hotels, coaches and every RSVP, in English and Spanish.
Two languages, one site
Your UK friends read it in English, your Spanish family in Spanish. Each guest sees their own language first and can switch at any time. Every update email goes out in both.
Flights and airports
We list the airports nearest your venue, such as Barcelona, Girona, Málaga, Alicante, Valencia or Palma, with the UK airports that fly there and a note on when to book for a summer weekend.
Hotels and room blocks
Your room block, booking code and release date, plus a couple of alternatives. We remind guests before the block is released.
Coaches and taxis
Spanish weddings run late. We publish the coach times from the hotel to the venue and every return run, and update them if the timings move on the day.
The timings guests aren't used to
A ceremony at 6pm, dinner at 10pm, dancing until 3am. We explain the shape of the day so UK guests eat lunch and pace themselves.
Heat and dress code
June to September can be very hot in much of Spain. We add sensible notes on shade, fans, shoes for grass or gravel, and what 'formal' means at your venue.

Spain wedding website questions
Can our wedding website be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Signature and Full service include two languages. Each guest sees their own language first, and every RSVP lands in the same planning sheet whichever language they reply in.
What should we put on a wedding website for a wedding in Spain?
Event dates and times, the nearest airports, hotels with any booking codes and deadlines, coach or taxi plans between the hotel and venue, an RSVP deadline 3 to 4 months ahead, a dress code that suits the heat, and how late the evening will run.
Do you help with the legal side of marrying in Spain?
No, we build and run the website and guest communications. For the legal ceremony, speak to your planner or venue and check gov.uk guidance on getting married abroad.
How much does a bilingual wedding website cost?
Signature is £1,495 and includes two languages. On Essentials (£495) a second language is £195 extra.
