Who we are

Kindly Reply is a wedding website service run by AmplifyWeb. AmplifyWeb is the data controller for enquiries made on this site. Contact us at hello@kindly-reply.com.

When you enquire

We collect what you put in the form: your names, email, wedding date and place, guest numbers and anything else you tell us. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your website. We keep enquiries that don’t become bookings for 12 months, then delete them.

Your guests’ details

When we build your wedding website, you are the controller of your guest list and we process it on your behalf, under a written data agreement. That includes names, emails and RSVP answers. Dietary needs and allergies can reveal health or religious information, so we treat them with extra care: they are stored server-side, visible only to you and us, and never shown to other guests.

We delete all guest data within 3 months of the wedding.

Who else handles data

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (enquiry emails), Google (planning sheets) and Brevo (guest emails, from an account in your name). We only use providers that offer UK GDPR safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
