How it works
Your wedding website, done for you
About 3 hours of your time, spread over the whole engagement. Here is what happens and when.
Day 1
The brief
A short call and a form. Your date, venue and timings, your colours or a photo of your invitations, and your guest list in whatever state it's in. A spreadsheet, a notes app or a photo of a handwritten list all work.
Your time: 30 minutes
Day 7
The design
We send a working first version on a private link, designed around your stationery. You get two rounds of changes. Most couples need one.
Your time: 1 hour
Day 14
Launch
The site goes live on your own web address. Each guest gets their own login by name, so they only see their own invitation. If we miss day 14, you get 10% off.
Your time: 15 minutes
Every week after
The replies
RSVPs and dietary needs land in your live planning sheet. We chase late replies, send your update emails (Full service) and reveal new sections, such as the bus times, once they are confirmed.
Your time: None
The week of the wedding
The day itself
Timings change. Message us and the site and guests are updated the same day. Your caterer gets a final, clean dietary list.
Your time: None
3 months after
The thank-you
The site becomes a thank-you page or a private archive with your photos (add-on). Guest data is deleted.

What your guests get
Guest-name login
Guests type their name and see their own household: who is invited, which events, and their RSVP. No shared password on a card.
RSVP with dietary needs
Per guest, not per household: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, and a free-text note for anything else.
Live planning sheet
A Google Sheet that fills itself: who has replied, who hasn't (the chase list), and a caterer list grouped by dietary need.
Sections revealed over time
Hotels now, transport in spring, the order of the day a month before. The site never says 'TBC'.
Two languages
English plus Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese, with each guest seeing their own language first.
Update emails
Branded to match the site, written by us, approved by you, sent from your own wedding address.
Before you book
What is a done-for-you wedding website?
It is a wedding website that someone else designs, builds and runs for you. With Kindly Reply you spend about 2 to 3 hours in total on a brief, feedback and approving emails. We do the building, the RSVP chasing and the updates.
What do you need from us to start?
Your date, venue, a rough schedule, your guest list and anything that shows your style, such as your invitations or a Pinterest board.
Do our guests need to create an account?
No. They type their name to log in. No passwords, no app, no sign-up.
kindly reply
Hand it over. We've got it from here.
A free 15-minute call. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly who's coming, and we'll tell you which package fits. No hard sell.
